Non-working card:

School Districts are unable to assist with card issues. Parents must contact the call center hotline.

Address changes:

1. Contact the hotline. You will need your child’s MSIS number.

2. After that, your child’s current school district will be asked to verify the address.

3. If your district verifies your new address, you will receive a new card at your new address.

Check student eligibility:

1. Contact the hotline. You will need your child’s MSIS number.

2. The call center representative will ask you a series of eligibility-related questions to determine if you are able to request an eligibility review. If so, they will enter a request for review.

3. Your child’s 2020-2021 school district will review your eligibility request.

4. If your district verifies that your child was eligible, you will receive a P-EBT card for your child.
